Delivery

How long does it take to process an order?

The processing time for all handmade items is approximately 3 weeks. This does not include the time in transit once its been posted. You will receive a notification once your item has shipped.

Domestic

Flat rate postage is offered Australia wide using Australia Post or a local courier.
Standard post $9.95
Express post $13.95

Orders over $100 receive free standard postage.This does not include wholesale orders.

International

Shipping is available to a select number of international destinations. The shipping charge will be calculated at the checkout.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to additional duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for any duties, fee’s or taxes associated with the delivery into your country.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or reasons beyond our control.

Refunds & Returns

Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase for custom items.

Returns or exchanges are offered on whelping collars only. If you have chosen the wrong size you can send the item back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges. Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds are not accepted on custom orders.

Correct sizing is important. If you have not provided the correct measurements, you are liable for the postage cost to return to me for alterations and to re-post the item back to you, plus a $15 alteration fee. Collars can only be altered if they are too big.

If you believe your item was damaged in transit, we require you to take photos and contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We do not cover for damage to the product from general wear and tear, over-use or chewing.
